Volunteers are the backbone of our service to the public and you could be a part of that service.  Volunteers in the bureau give their time as advisers, social policy campaigners, receptionists, IT and admin support workers.

We offer full training and support to people who want to come and volunteer with us.  Volunteer advisers have the chance to develop a range of important skills and gain experience that can be a significant help in pursuing a career.  It also offers the opportunity to make a contribution to the life of the community that you live in.

Expenses

We will pay voluntary advice workers’ parking charges, and reasonable travel expenses.
